These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AuthFlow™'s authentication platform-as-a-service ("Service") operated by AuthFlow™ Inc. ("us", "we", or "our").
AuthFlow™ exists to empower founders and small teams to ship secure software faster. We support bold, lawful execution by builders creating practical tools for engineers, scientists, and other technical professionals.
AuthFlow™ provides web-based authentication services including but not limited to user registration, login, password management, and user session management for web applications.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of AuthFlow™, including data collection, authentication workflows, and customer messaging, complies with laws that apply to your organization and users, including where relevant GDPR, CAN-SPAM, LGPD, and similar privacy, data protection, and electronic communications requirements.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.
We support Free Enterprise Small Business innovators. Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent lawful product education, scientific communication, or professional outreach about real technical innovations, including authentication infrastructure and related developer tooling.
This support is not a legal exemption. Customers remain solely responsible for audience targeting, lawful basis, consent and preference management where required, truthful content, unsubscribe handling, and compliance with applicable messaging and data protection laws.
Certain features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of extended downtime, we may provide service credits as outlined in our Service Level Agreement, available upon request.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AuthFlow™ Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service, but grant us a license to use, modify, and distribute such content as necessary to provide the Service.
In no event shall AuthFlow™ Inc., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where a different governing law is required by mandatory local law or agreed in a separate written agreement between the parties.
If a dispute arises from these Terms or the Service, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve it informally and in good faith. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to binding arbitration or another mutually agreed dispute resolution process to the extent permitted by applicable law.
